DUE “CORDE” IN POCHI MINUTI – ORA AL CPR DI VIA CORELLI

Nel giro di pochi minuti, mezzora fa, due “corde” nel CPR di via Corelli, dove ormai l’esasperazione è totale per i trattamenti subiti e le condizioni di detenzione, unite alla totale oscurità del perché ci si trova in gabbia, pur non avendo commesso un reato, e per quanto tempo e con quale esito (rilasciato per tornare alla famiglia? deportato? trasferito?).
Il primo tentativo di suicidio è stato messo in atto da un ragazzo che dicono essere arrivato ieri sera al CPR di Milano: ha utilizzato quelle lenzuola di carta oggetto di uno dei tanti appalti che non funzionano come lenzuola ma per arricchire i fornitori sì, e anche per cercare di impiccarsi. L’ha appesa ad un cancello del cortile, proprio come Ousmane Sylla qualche giorno fa a Roma.
E’ stato soccorso solo dopo molti minuti dai suoi compagni, come vedete nella foto, che non si erano accorti di lui.
La seconda “corda” pare sia stata fatta da un ragazzo che proprio lo scorso fine settimana è diventato papà di una bambina che ancora non ha potuto vedere. Ha tentato di uccidersi proprio con una corda, che vedete nella foto, e che è incredibile possa essere disponibile in un luogo di oppressione privo di un presidio medico degno di tal nome, in cui vengono ampiamente somministrati farmaci il cui abuso e mix tra l’altro inducono istinti suicidari.
Entrambi sono stati pare ora portati al pronto soccorso.
La città, ora, un po’ più di ieri, “si indigna” (il Sindaco Beppe Sala continua clamorosamente a tacere, anche dinanzi ai fatti gravissimi dell’altra notte), ma per non perdere la dignità è tempo che reclami con forza la chiusura totale e definitiva di questo centro e di tutti gli altri in Italia.
In questi ultimi, purtroppo, non è consentito l’utilizzo del telefono cellulare (a Milano è stata necessaria una sentenza del Tribunale su ricorso di un trattenuto con un legale preparato e zelante).
E ovviamente, le notizie che non possono trapelare da luoghi in cui il buio è totale (e dove personale e agenti e Prefettura non hanno neppure il deterrente di essere ripresi), non possono che essere, per quanto ne sappiamo con ancora maggior difficoltà, ben peggiori di quelle che riusciamo a trasmettervi su Milano.

Within a few minutes, half an hour ago, two ‘ropes’ were hung in the via Corelli CPR. The first suicide attempt took place by a boy who they say arrived last night at the Milan CPR: he used those paper sheets, the object of one of the many tenders that only work to enrich suppliers or to try to hang himself. He hung it from a gate in the courtyard, just like Ousmane Sylla a few days ago in Rome.
He was only rescued after many minutes by his companions, as you can see in the photo, who had not noticed him.
The second ‘rope’ was made by a boy who became the father of a little girl, whom he has not yet been able to see, last week. He tried to kill himself with a rope (second photo), which is unbelievable and could be available in a place of oppression with no medical facility worthy of the name. A place where, we add, psychotropic drugs, which, when abused and mixed, also lead to suicidal instincts, are widely administered.
The city, now a little more than yesterday, is ‘outraged’, even though Mayor Beppe Sala clamouringly continues to remain silent, even in the face of last night’s serious events. In order not to lose dignity, the time has come for him to strongly demand the total and definitive closure of this centre and all the others in Italy.
In the latter, unfortunately, the use of mobile phones is not allowed (in Milan, it took a court ruling on an appeal by a detainee with a prepared and zealous lawyer).
The news, which cannot leak out from places where there is total darkness (and where staff, agents and the Prefecture do not even have the deterrent of being filmed), can only be, with even less difficulty, much worse than what we can convey to you from Milan.

DEUX “CORDES” EN QUELQUES MINUTES – MAINTENANT À LA VIA CORELLI CPR

En quelques minutes, il y a une demi-heure, deux “cordes” ont été suspendues à la via Corelli CPR. Ici, l’exaspération est totale pour les traitements subis et les conditions de détention, combinés à l’obscurité totale sur les raisons pour lesquelles on se retrouve dans une cage, alors qu’on n’a pas commis de délit, sans savoir quand on en sortira et avec quelle issue (libéré pour retourner dans sa famille ? expulsé ? transféré ?).
La première tentative de suicide a été faite par un garçon qui, dit-on, est arrivé hier soir au CPR de Milan : il a utilisé ces feuilles de papier, objet d’un des nombreux appels d’offres qui ne servent qu’à enrichir les fournisseurs, pour essayer de se pendre. Il l’a accrochée à une grille de la cour, tout comme Ousmane Sylla il y a quelques jours à Rome.
Il n’a été secouru qu’après de longues minutes par ses compagnons, comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo, qui ne l’avaient pas remarqué.
La deuxième “corde” a été fabriquée par un garçon qui est devenu père d’une petite fille, qu’il n’a pas encore pu voir, la semaine dernière. Il a tenté de se suicider avec une corde (deuxième photo), ce qui est incroyable et pourrait être disponible dans un lieu d’oppression dépourvu d’installations médicales dignes de ce nom. Un endroit où, ajoutons-le, les psychotropes, qui, lorsqu’ils sont utilisés de manière abusive et mélangés, conduisent également à des instincts suicidaires, sont largement administrés.
La ville, un peu plus qu’hier, est “indignée”, même si le maire Beppe Sala continue à se taire à grands cris, même face aux graves événements de la nuit dernière. Pour ne pas perdre sa dignité, le moment est venu pour lui d’exiger fermement la fermeture totale et définitive de ce centre et de tous les autres en Italie.
Dans ces derniers, malheureusement, l’utilisation des téléphones portables n’est pas autorisée (à Milan, il a fallu une décision de justice sur un recours d’un détenu avec un avocat préparé et zélé).
Les nouvelles, qui ne peuvent pas sortir des lieux où l’obscurité est totale (et où le personnel, les agents et la préfecture n’ont même pas la possibilité d’être filmés), ne peuvent être, avec encore moins de difficultés, que bien pires que ce que nous pouvons vous transmettre de Milan.

ZWEI “SEILE” IN WENIGEN MINUTEN – JETZT IN DER VIA CORELLI CPR

Innerhalb weniger Minuten, vor einer halben Stunde, wurden zwei “Seile” in der Via Corelli CPR aufgehängt. Hier ist die Verzweiflung über die erlittene Behandlung und die Haftbedingungen total, verbunden mit der völligen Unklarheit, warum man sich in einem Käfig befindet, obwohl man kein Verbrechen begangen hat, ohne zu wissen, wann man wieder herauskommt und mit welchem Ergebnis (freigelassen, um zu seiner Familie zurückzukehren? abgeschoben? verlegt?).
Der erste Selbstmordversuch wurde von einem Jungen unternommen, der, wie es heißt, gestern Abend in der Mailänder HLW ankam: Er benutzte diese Papierbögen, die Gegenstand einer der vielen Ausschreibungen sind, die nur dazu dienen, die Lieferanten zu bereichern, oder um zu versuchen, sich zu erhängen. Er hängte es an ein Tor im Innenhof, genau wie Ousmane Sylla vor einigen Tagen in Rom.
Er wurde erst nach vielen Minuten von seinen Begleitern gerettet, die ihn nicht bemerkt hatten, wie Sie auf dem Foto sehen können.
Das zweite “Seil” stammt von einem Jungen, der letzte Woche Vater eines kleinen Mädchens wurde, das er noch nicht sehen konnte. Er hat versucht, sich mit einem Seil umzubringen (zweites Foto), was unglaublich ist und an einem Ort der Unterdrückung, an dem es keine medizinische Einrichtung gibt, die diesen Namen verdient, möglich ist. Ein Ort, an dem Psychopharmaka, die, wenn sie missbraucht und gemischt werden, ebenfalls zu Selbstmordgedanken führen, in großem Umfang verabreicht werden.
Die Stadt ist nicht erst seit gestern “empört”, auch wenn Bürgermeister Beppe Sala selbst angesichts der schwerwiegenden Ereignisse der letzten Nacht lautstark weiter schweigt. Um seine Würde nicht zu verlieren, ist es an der Zeit, dass er mit Nachdruck die vollständige und endgültige Schließung dieses und aller anderen Zentren in Italien fordert.
In letzteren ist die Benutzung von Mobiltelefonen leider nicht erlaubt (in Mailand musste ein Gericht über den Einspruch eines Häftlings mit einem vorbereiteten und eifrigen Anwalt entscheiden).
Die Nachrichten, die von Orten, an denen völlige Dunkelheit herrscht (und an denen das Personal, die Agenten und die Präfektur nicht einmal die Möglichkeit haben, gefilmt zu werden), nicht durchsickern können, können nur mit noch weniger Schwierigkeiten viel schlimmer sein als das, was wir Ihnen aus Mailand mitteilen können.
